PesanLagi Terms of Service

By creating a store account, accessing the merchant dashboard, or scanning a countertop QR stand to collect digital stamps, you ("Merchant", "User", or "Customer") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you enter into this agreement on behalf of a registered company, business partnership, or sole proprietorship, you represent that you possess the full legal authorization to bind that business entity.

Merchants are exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal credentials and cashier authorization PINs.

Merchants warrant that campaign titles, reward descriptions, and redemption thresholds accurately reflect genuine perks honored in-store.

Merchants shall not use the service to promote illegal goods, deceptive promotions, or unauthorized financial schemes.

• Participating merchants are contractually bound to honor verified loyalty rewards accumulated legitimately by customers.

• Customers must not manipulate, duplicate, or reverse-engineer QR scan payloads to acquire unearned stamps.

• PesanLagi reserves the right to suspend or flag transactions showing evidence of bot automation, replay abuse, or fraudulent activity.

• Digital stamps and vouchers hold no intrinsic cash or legal tender value and are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by the issuing store.

• Free Starter Tier: Every newly registered store receives 30 lifetime unique customer slots completely free, requiring no credit card.

• Pay-Per-Pax Top-Up Packs: Merchants can expand their unique customer capacity by purchasing top-up packs (e.g. 100, 300, 500, or 1,000 customers) as a one-time purchase with no recurring auto-debit fees.

• No Expiration on Quota: Customer quotas purchased remain valid for the lifetime of the merchant’s active store.

• Digital Fulfillment Policy: Quota top-ups are fulfilled instantly upon payment gateway confirmation and are non-refundable once allocated.

You agree not to:

• Conduct automated vulnerability scans, port scans, or denial-of-service (DDoS) attempts against PesanLagi servers without prior authorization.

• Decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from PesanLagi applications.

• Exploit messaging channels to transmit spam or unsolicited advertising messages in breach of Malaysian anti-spam regulations.

PesanLagi is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.9% platform availability, PesanLagi will not be held liable for indirect commercial damages, lost business revenues, or local telecommunications outages.

Our aggregate liability for any direct claim arising from service operation is strictly capped at the total amount paid by the merchant to PesanLagi during the preceding three (3) months.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes not resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
